Like many of you, I have been following the news of the coronavirus (Covid-19) outbreak. I would like to reassure you by sharing some of the actions I am taking in line with Government guidelines.


The safety of my clients is paramount. I am taking a proactive approach to ensure my client's health needs are being met, and they can confidently continue to receive massage therapy in my studio.

INFO ON COVID-19

Hygiene action plan:
 

Client are required to be vaccinated. Please provide your COVID pass and sanitise your hands on entering the studio. Hand sanitiser will be available at the entrance. Clients should bring their own mask.

Clients can bring their sheet and big towels if they feel more comfortable using theirs.

After each treatment, sheets and towels are are washed at 90°C;  tables and other contact points are wiped with disinfectants.

Clients are required to provide contact details so that they can be contacted by the Ministry of Health if necessary. Personal information will be safely kept only for contact tracing and will be destroyed after four weeks.

I will make sure to keep hands clean regularly before and after seeing each client. I will wear latex gloves and a face mask.

When it’s NOT OK to attend my studio:

I ask that you refrain from visiting my studio and seek medical attention, if:

  • You have one or more of these symptoms:

    • shortness of breath;

    • sore throat, coughing or sneezing;

    • fever;

    • fatigue,  chills

    • headache;

    • muscle aches and pains;

    • loss of taste;

    • loss of smell.
       

  • You have tested positive for COVID-19 or been in contact with someone who has tested positive to COVID-19.
     

  • You are self-isolating.


I will have to cancel appointments if I feel unwell or have been in contact with anyone who has been infected with COVID-19.


After attending Seatoun Massage

If you have tested positive for COVID-19, you may have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, please contact me immediately.
