Like many of you, I have been following the news of the coronavirus (Covid-19) outbreak. I would like to reassure you by sharing some of the actions I am taking in line with Government guidelines.

The safety of my clients is paramount. I am taking a proactive approach to ensure my client's health needs are being met, and they can confidently continue to receive massage therapy in my studio.

Hygiene action plan:

Clients are required to sanitise their hands on entering the studio. Hand sanitiser will be available at the entrance.

If clients would like to wear a face mask, they should bring their own. Clients can also bring their sheet (1) and big towels (3) if they feel more comfortable using theirs.

After each treatment, sheets and towels are are washed at 90°C;  tables and other contact points are wiped with disinfectants.

Clients are required to provide contact details so that they can be contacted by the Ministry of Health if necessary. Personal information will be safely kept only for contact tracing and will be destroyed after four weeks.

I will make sure to keep hands clean regularly before and after seeing each client. I will wear latex gloves and a face mask.

When it’s NOT OK to attend my studio:

 I ask that your refrain from visiting my studio and seek medical attention if:

  • You have one or more of these symptoms:

    • sore throat, coughing or sneezing;
