Seatoun Massage is a peaceful place for healing, relaxation and wellness education. Please respect our policies so that everyone can enjoy his or her experience here.
All treatments will be provided by Martina Šprinclová (MS). They will last for the specified duration purchased.
Cancellation policy:
24 hours notice is required for all appointment cancellations.
We reserve the right to charge for the full amount of scheduled services should this policy be disregarded.
Arrival Time:
- First appointment: arrive 5-10 mins early to complete the Consultation Form.
- Ongoing Appointments: please arrive on time.
If you arrive late for your treatment, your session will be shortened by the same amount of time so that the client following you starts their appointment on time and is not inconvenienced.
Draping:
For your comfort and dignity, draping is used during treatment where it is necessary to remove clothing - only the area being treated is uncovered.
Medical conditions:
Treatments will only be conducted if MS deems the treatment safe for the client to receive. A GP/Consultant permission may be required before treatments can be provided.
Payment methods:
We accept Cash & Local Cheques. Invoices must be paid within 7 days of the issue date.
Young Clients:
Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. The adult must give permission for the treatment to be performed. The adult must co-sign the client’s consultation form. The adult must be present in the room throughout the treatment.
Abusive/sexual behaviour:
Clients who become abusive will be asked to leave without a refund and will not be treated again in the future.
All treatments are strictly non-sexual. Sexual advances, comments or innuendos will result in immediate termination of treatments.
Any sexual or abusive behaviour from a client/potential client will be referred to the NZ Police.
